Coverage Period
This limited warranty covers your Phonehouse device for 3 months from the original date of purchase.
What's Covered
We warrant that your device will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Warranty Service
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Phonehouse will, at its option:
- Repair the device using new or refurbished parts
- Replace the device with a new or refurbished unit
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Water damage or corrosion of any kind

Damage resulting from accidents, drops, or impacts

Problems arising from unauthorized repairs or modifications, including:
- Repairs by non-Phonehouse technicians
- Unauthorized component replacements
- Tampering with internal hardware

Damage caused by:
- Improper use or storage
- Negligent handling
- Incorrect device setup
- Poor maintenance
- Using incorrect power adapters or voltage
- Normal wear and tear

Monetary claims exceeding the original purchase price or current market value of the device (whichever is lower)

Issues caused by:
- Software modifications
- Custom firmware installations
- BIOS modifications
- Interference with other electronic devices
- Incompatible third-party accessories
